ONLINE ORDERS REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

We accidentally sent you faulty, damaged or incorrect goods?

1. Contact us to arrange collection.
Email websales@fowkes.co.za or call us on 021 508 7584 and ask us to collect your unsatisfactory order - please notify us within 7 working days of such a delivery. We will send our courier to collect the item from you at no charge.

 

· Reference your order number when contacting us.
· State whether you want a replacement item or a refund.

 

2. All returns for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods need to meet the following conditions:

 

· It's within 7 working days of delivery or collection by you.
· You have a valid Tax Invoice / Waybill number.
· The item is undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached.
· The item is not missing any accessories or parts.

 

Please note that we only refund to the payment method that you originally used – i.e., payment by credit card will be refunded to the same credit card, payment by Secure EFT will be refunded to your nominated bank account.

 

Defective products:

We do our best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of a high quality, and in good working order and without defects.

The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return under this section:

 

· faults resulting from normal wear and tear;
· damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product;
· damage arising from electrical surges or sea air corrosion;
· damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product;
· damage arising from unauthorized alterations to the product;
· where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the Website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you.

 

 

Changed your mind?

· If the item has been correctly supplied, is unused, and still in its original condition (including packaging), you may bring the item into our store in Cape Town, where it will be assessed for suitability of exchange or refund. 
· Your return must be within 7 days of delivery or collection by you.
· We do not send couriers to collect items that have been correctly supplied.
